Discussing and Inspect
Our Surekill Technician will discuss the End of Lease Treatment with you, conduct an environmental inspection and ensure the treatment complies with EPA safety regulations.
Spray in the Property
The Technician will spray all interior and exterior surfaces for complete coverage:
-
Interior spray : Hard floors, surfaces, carpets and rugs.
-
Exterior Spry: Grass, gardens, yard, patio, verandas and decks.
We use the safest pesticides available. We recommend an Insect Growth Regulators (IGR) which interrupts the flea life cycle.
Dusting the Subfloor
The Technician will apply dust to the subfloor. This acts as a flushing agent with a long residual life, offering enhanced protection.

After Treatment
Avoid contact with treated surfaces until the chemical agents have fully dried.
Once the treatment is complete, you will receive a Certificate of Treatment as proof of pest control services, which you can present as part of your End of Lease requirements.
