What to Expect During a Bee Treatment
Below is a step-by-step overview of how our Bee treatments are carried out, from booking through to post-treatment care, so you know exactly what to expect at your property.

Booking Information
Job Booking - Time Duration
Bee treatments take approximately 30 minutes. Your booking will be scheduled with an estimated arrival window, for example, between 10 am and 12 pm. Please account for the treatment time, so if your technician arrives at 12 pm, the treatment will likely be completed around 1pm.

Weather Conditions
Treatment cannot be performed if it is raining or rain is imminent. In such cases, we will contact you to reschedule.
Payment
We accept cash, credit, EFTPOS or electronic funds transfer at the commencement of the job.

Before Treatment
Our Technicians will ensure that your treatment is thorough and effective.

Turn Off Air Conditioning - To maximise treatment efficacy.

Remove Pets - Keep pets away from treated areas until the process is completed and the chemicals have dried. Also, remove their food and water bowls from treated areas.

Cover Fish Ponds and Bird Cages - cover them to prevent exposure to the chemicals used in the treatment.

Chemical Sensitivity - If you or someone in your household is sensitive to chemicals, it is recommended to stay away from treated areas for 24 hours, or until the space if fully ventilated and dry.

Water Tank Location - Inform the Technician about the location of any water tanks, as precautions may need to be taken.

Close Windows - this will prevent chemical drift going into your dwelling.

Treatment Process
Inspection
Our Technician will inspect your property and identify the bee problem. They will complete an Environmental Inspection Report, ensuring it is safe to proceed with treatment as per EPA regulations.
Payment Options
We accept cash, credit, or eftpos. Payment is required at the start of the treatment unless specific written arrangements have been made.
Treatment
The Technician will treat the wall cavity where the bees have established their nest.

After Treatment
After the bee treatment, it's important to follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and effective outcome:
Avoid Disturbing Treated Areas
Refrain from accessing or disturbing the treated wall cavity for at least 24 hours to allow the treatment to take full effect.
Seal Entry Points
To prevent future infestations, consider sealing any cracks or gaps around the property where bees might enter.
