John set up termite bait stations around my house when I moved in and discovered termites in the garden a metre away from my house. He was knowledgeable, had great with communication and was competitively priced. Three years later he is still checking and servicing the system regularly. There is no longer any termite action, but any time there has been, he has come more frequently for awhile, dealt with it till there is no more evidence of them, and then goes back to maintenance mode. John is lovely, friendly and reliable. I would recommend him 100%.
