Don't disturb active termites. We will use a Termatrac T3I to find termites. Then we will eliminate the colony by using bait, dust or foam on the termite activity.

Outside we check the fences, yard and exterior of the property. Inside we use a moisture metre initially on the internal walls. Moisture is the first sign of termite activity. If we find something suspicious we then use the Termatrac T3i. It has a thermal reading device to check the temperature variances in the wall. Also it can track movement inside the walls by using microwave technology. We inspect the roof and subfloors if access is available. We email the report on completion.
