Termite Inspection duration is approximately 2 hours. Jobs are booked with a time allocation of arrival e.g. between 10 am and 12 noon. If the Technician arrives at 12 noon, they will finish at 12:45.

Surekill Pest Control Pty Ltd is insured by Pacific International. Our Technicians are licensed by the Environmental Protection Authority EPA. Our Trainees complete the Rapid Training Course and receive on the job training. Our Technicians are trained to deliver a service in accordance with the Australian Standards

Termite Inspections can be in all weather conditions.

Ask for items to be removed away from walls to improve access to walls otherwise these will be noted in the report as not accessible therefore not checked

Make sure there is access available into the roof and subfloor otherwise these will be noted as exclusions in the report therefore not checked

Arrange access into the property

Our Technician will conduct a thorough Termite Inspection of the property and will not discuss the findings with anyone expect the purchaser.

Payment is due. Payment Options are cash, credit, eftpos or cheque.

Unless specific written arrangements have been provided the full contract price shall due due and payable and recoverable prior to treatment.
