Rodent Bating duration is approximately 30 minutes. Jobs are booked with a time allocation of arrival e.g. between 10 am and 12 noon. If the Technician arrives at 12 noon, they will finish at 12:45.

Our Trainees complete the Rapid Training Course and receive on the job training. Our Technicians are trained to deliver a service in accordance with the Australian Standards

The weather does not play a part in doing this a baiting treatment for rodents.

Rodent Baiting has a 3 month service period. Our Technician will come back in this period if you are stilling having a problem for a $50 call out fee.

Access into the roof and subfloor

Discuss and Inspect - Our Technician will take the time to discuss the rodent problem. They will inspect the environment to get an understanding of the problem. Also they will conduct a Environmental Inspection Report to ensure that it is safe to conduct the treatment as required by the Environment Protection Authority EPA.

Payment is due. Payment Options are cash, credit, eftpos or cheque.

Unless specific written arrangements have been provided the full contract price shall due due and payable and recoverable prior to treatment.

The Technician will strategically place rat baits around your property. They will place them where the rodent activity is active. If it is a preventative treatment they will place them where rodents are known to habitat in and around the building.

The Technician will use lockable rodent boxes where the rodent activity is in the vicinity of humans or animals so that they do not consume the bait.

For outside areas we can supply rodent boxes that look like rocks.
